Meet the Chef

Nick Raj, a self-taught chef specializing in Indian, Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisines, found a passion for cooking at a young age. Adopted from India and raised by American parents, Nick had a curiosity about his heritage and other cultures’ cuisines since he can remember, often fusing various flavor profiles together.

After spending 20 years as a high school choral director, Nick took the plunge and started his own brand, Mangia! and is excited to combine his passion of teaching and food!
